Koshish Educational & Welfare Society is celebrating its 12th Annual function in 2023. Our educational and welfare initiatives have significantly changed the lives of 1200+ children living in Sultanpur. As a national NGO, we want to grow and share our expertise and learnings with colleges all over India. We have launched our new program to start chapters in various colleges to reach the maximum number of children and volunteers.
The typical activities for chapters can be as listed below (one or more)
- Visiting Nearby areas/villages and ensuring children are enrolled in primary school.
- Providing weekend classes
- Career counseling and guidance
- Doing activities like science exhibitions/art competitions at a primary school
- Support in competitive exams like JNV
- Enrolling and guiding children to use Koshish Online Classes
- Monthly educational, medical, and digital awareness campaigns wherever feasible
- Environmental awareness activities like tree plantation drives, waste collection, and management facilities, water pollution control through behavioral changes, etc
- Activities related to women's empowerment, awareness about their problems, and possible solution
- Health & Hygiene related campaigns
